What payment methods do you accept?

Payments for successful order placement may be made through all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

What is the ordering process?

The ordering process is quick. You just have to add your favorite items on the cart, Provide the billing and shipping information, select the shipping method and you are ready to checkout your cart!

What should I do for a mistake on my order?

Any mistake on the order details may be resolved by immediately sending us an email at info@specialdayshirts.com.

Can I change my order?

You may email us at info@specialdayshirts.com if you want to make any changes in your order. Do take note that you only have up to 24 hours after payment for any requests for change.

Do you allow cancellations?

Cancellations are only allowed for orders that have not gone into production yet, or 24 hours after payment. A full refund will be provided for a successful order cancellation. Email us at info@specialdayshirts.com to process any cancellation request.

Shipping options and costs:

Standard Shipping for any order is $9.99 per item.

How long will it take to process my order?

Production time for every order would take 5-7 business days and shipping usually takes 10-15 days.

A receipt link will be provided through email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox.

Can I use multiple addresses for my orders?

Shipping to multiple addresses is not allowed. Orders must be made separately if you want the items to be delivered in multiple addresses.

Is delivery to PO Boxes addresses allowed?

It is recommended to use home address instead of PO boxes for your orders.

Will I get an alert once the order is shipped?

An email with the tracking information will be sent upon shipment of your orders.

When will the tracking number get updated?

It will take 5-7 business days for a tracking number to be generated after the product has been shipped out. Please email us at info@specialdayshirts.com if you do not receive the tracking info on your email after 7 days.  

Shipments may take longer due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.

Why is there no update on the tracking status?

It may take a while to update the tracking information with registered airmail shipments. There are some reasons why it is not updated immediately but rest assured, however, that your order is on its way. Please send us an email at info@specialdayshirts.com so that we can provide you with assistance if there is no update in your tracking information for over 10 days.

What can I do if I have not received my order yet?

Check the tracking information to check the status of your order. If it says delivered and yet no item has been received, please wait for a few days more as DHL may have scanned the items as delivered by mistake.

You may also send us an email at info@specialdayshirts.com so we can check on our end the whereabouts of your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

A confirmation email will be sent after a successful order. Another email will be sent once the order goes into production. A third email with the tracking information will be sent once the order is shipped. You may check on the most recent information of your order via the receipt link that is provided on the email correspondence. Please check the spam folder or the promotions tab if you are not receiving any email from us. 

What can I do if I receive a defective, wrong size, or incorrect items?

You may send us an email at info@specialdayshirts.com with photos of the wrong items attached. We will process a replacement for those items within a reasonable timeline.

What is the store’s return and refund policy?

Please click for our Refund Policy page. Any of the following reasons are subject for replacement: 

1. The product has flaws or if the print quality is poor.

2. Wrong item was received.

3. The product received is different from what was represented on the website.

You may email us at info@specialdayshirts.com with photos of the items attached. Please include detailed shots so that our team can properly review your claim. A replacement free of charge will be processed as soon as the claim is approved.

What can I do if a refund is not in my account yet?

Please check with your bank if you have not received the refund. You may also contact the credit card company as refunds generally take a while before being posted

Please contact us at info@specialdayshirts.com if you still don’t get the refund on your account after the initial steps.
